We were favoured with bright sunshine for our Spring Show on Saturday 8th April .
There were 77 entries from 22 entrants. Dry cool weather had affected the entry which meant that many Daffodill types had bloomed early, and many Tulips were yet to appear (gardeners are rarely completely happy!). However, Janine Doulton, our main Judge, thought the standard of the show was very good. The “Plant and Seed Swap” did a brisk trade, and Farthing Common Nursery supported the show with a good offering of plants. See our picture Gallery.
